Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at kim@karriesue.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and include all accessories, tags, and documentation.

Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
